The legal newspaper The Recorder published today its inaugural list of 50 "Fast Track" lawyers, including Lieff Cabraser attorney Daniel Hutchinson.
The award recognizes California attorneys whose early accomplishments indicate they will be tomorrow's top lawyers and leaders. The Recorder editors chose the winners after reviewing materials on more than 300 nominees, all California lawyers in their first 10 years out of law school.
A partner in Lieff Cabraser's San Francisco office, Mr. Hutchinson represents plaintiffs in high value, complex class and collective actions that advance civil, employment, and consumer rights. His recent practice focuses on combating unfair employment practices against foreign nationals and immigrants, workplace discrimination, and abusive automated calls to consumers.
As an emerging leader in the bar, Mr. Hutchinson has served on the Board of Directors of the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area since 2009, and presently is Board Secretary. Read The Recorder profile of Mr. Hutchinson.
