• B.A./B.S. degree is required

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

• 4+ years of prior paralegal experience in a law firm or legal setting
• trial preparation and trial experience
• working knowledge and understanding of federal and state rules
• working knowledge and understanding of civil procedures
• cite-checking and Bluebooking skills
• experience in drafting discovery
• excellent attention to detail and superb organization and communication skills
• solid analytical, critical thinking and time management skills
• proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
• The ability and willingness to work in a challenging, rewarding, and fast-paced team work environment
• B.A./B.S. degree is required
• Paralegal certificate is a plus but not required
