Tortola Restaurants, L.P. v. Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing
Lieff Cabraser served as Co-Lead Counsel on behalf of indirect purchasers of Scotch-brand invisible and transparent tape. Plaintiffs alleged that defendant 3M conspired with certain retailers to monopolize the sale of Scotch-brand tape in California.
The case was resolved as part of a nationwide settlement negotiated by Lieff Cabraser and co-counsel.
