Charles Schwab Bank, N.A. v. Bank of America Corporation
On August 23, 2010, The Charles Schwab Corporation and certain affiliates filed a lawsuit against Bank of America Corporation, Credit Suisse Group AG, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Citibank, Inc., and additional banks for allegedly manipulating the London Interbank Offered Rate ("LIBOR"). Lieff Cabraser serves as counsel for Schwab.
