Protecting Free Competition
Jordan is an associate in our San Francisco office. His practice focuses on antitrust and consumer finance cases.
After serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Cynthia Holcomb Hall of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Jordan represented a wide range of technology companies as an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He was awarded the John Wilson Award for outstanding representation of Wilson Sonsini's pro bono clients, including victims of human trafficking and immigrants who suffered persecution.
Jordan prosecutes cases against anticompetitive cartels charged with fixing the prices of products such as LCD screens and SRAM memory chips, and against pharmaceutical companies whose alleged illicit acts delayed generic competition to brand-name prescription drugs such as Cipro and Flonase. In addition, he contributes to the firm's case against the nation's largest banks for holding debit card transactions and re-ordering them from high to low to maximize overdraft fees at the expense of consumers.
