Upholding the Rights of Consumers
Roger Heller is a partner in our San Francisco office with a primary focus on consumer protection litigation. Roger is involved in litigating several consumer class actions against banks and other financial institutions. Moreover, his practice extends to a variety of consumer cases involving false advertising in the retail context.
Before joining our firm, Roger was a senior staff attorney at Disability Rights Advocates, where he litigated class action cases under federal and state anti-discrimination laws and advocated for the rights of people with disabilities in the legislative and regulatory arenas. Roger has also worked on the other side of the bar, with O’Melveny & Myers LLP, as a Litigation Associate specializing in class action defense.
