Promoting Fair Competition
Andrew is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. Since joining the firm in 2007, he has been actively involved in antitrust and other consumer-related class actions by contributing to discovery and motions practice. He has used his Mandarin skills in multinational cases that allege horizontal price-fixing between competing manufacturers of products, such as liquid crystal displays and vitamin C.
Before joining the firm, Andrew clerked for the Honorable Anita B. Brody of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Andrew also worked for an investigation company in China for three years focusing on intellectual property issues.
