Protecting our Environment
Annika is an associate in the firm’s New York office and has represented plaintiffs since 2005 in antitrust, mass tort, consumer protection, and intellectual property cases. She has contributed to the firm’s representation of clients in the De Beers, Credit Card, Comcast and Air Cargo antitrust actions, where she focused primarily on legal drafting, discovery, and deposition preparation. She also oversaw discovery and assisted in motion practice in the YouTube intellectual property litigation.
Annika is currently involved in representing individuals, property owners, and business owners across the Gulf Coast in class action litigation against BP (formerly British Petroleum) and the other companies responsible for the blowout on the Deepwater Horizon oil rig on April 20, 2010, which resulted in the worst oil spill in U.S. history.
Annika is fluent in Swedish and conversational in French, Dutch and Spanish.
