Upholding the Rights of Employees

Anne is an associate in our San Francisco office with a focus on employment law cases. A 2007 graduate of UC Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, Anne was a student director of the Workers Rights Clinic of Centro Legal de la Raza in Oakland, where she assisted clients in filing charges with state and local agencies. She is active in wage and hour, employment discriminationconsumer fraud, and antitrust cases.

Prior to joining our firm, Anne served as a law clerk to the Honorable Betty Fletcher of the Ninth Circuit U.S Court of Appeals. She was a litigation associate at Davis, Graham & Stubbs in Denver, where she practiced commercial litigation and pro bono civil rights litigation.
