Heather is a partner in the San Francisco office and serves as Administrative Director of the firm's Personal Injury and Torts Practice Group. Heather specializes in litigating pharmaceutical and medical device cases, mass tort, product Liability, consumer protection, and international cases.
Heather has worked on the litigation teams for the Medtronic Sprint Fidelis, Florida tobacco, Guidant defibrillator, silicone gel breast implant, Vioxx, blood factor, and Fen Phen cases.
Heather attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she received Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Honors, and is an active member of the American Association for Justice, American Bar Association (Litigation Section), Association of Legal Administrators, Bar Association of San Francisco, Legal Assistant Management Association, Phi Alpha Delta, State Bar of California, and the Public Justice Foundation.
