A Trial Attorney for the Injured

A partner in our Nashville office, Mark focuses his practice on representing individuals who have suffered catastrophic personal injuries and families whose loved ones died due to the negligence or misconduct of another. Mark has obtained millions of dollars in settlements for families who have been harmed by the wrongful conduct of others.

Through jury trials, he has held wrong-doers accountable, including representing 32 school children who were videotaped undressing in their school locker room ($1.28 million jury verdict) and a young woman who suffered a severe brain injury in a car wreck (nearly $4 million jury verdict). Mark also obtained an $8 million arbitration award on behalf of a business client.

An active member of the legal community, Mark has served on the Tennessee Association for Justice Board of Directors, Nashville Bar Association YLD Board of Directors, and the Editorial Board of the Nashville Bar Journal. Mark has also published a number of articles in legal journals, including an article in the national publication TRIAL on holding foreign companies accountable for injuries they cause in the U.S. He is a frequent speaker at legal seminars on a variety of civil litigation topics.

Mark has been named one of Middle Tennessee’s “Top 40 Under 40” young leaders by The Tennessean, a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine, and named a “Best of the Bar” attorney by the Nashville Business Journal.
