A Determined Advocate for Consumers and Homeowners
A partner in our San Francisco office, Kristen is one of the leaders of Lieff Cabraser’s non-injury product defect practice group representing consumers and homeowners in consumer protection and defective product cases.
Kristen and Lieff Cabraser received recognition in The National Law Journal’s Plaintiffs’ Hot List for our work in Grays Harbor Adventis Christian School v. Carrier Corp. The case resulted in a settlement worth $300 million for consumers who had purchased certain Carrier furnaces that were allegedly made with inferior materials that caused them to fail prematurely.
Kristen currently represents consumers who purchased high-end refrigerators, dishwashers, and other appliances that consistently break-down or fail to operate as advertised.
Among other accomplished lawyers from around the state, Kristen was selected to serve on the Board of Directors of California Women Lawyers. Kristen has been recognized as a "Rising Star for Northern California” by Super Lawyers.
