Kenneth is an associate in our Nashville office with a practice focused on commercial litigation, products liability, and consumer protection.
Prior to joining our firm, Kenny practiced since graduation from law school as a litigation attorney at Harwell, Howard, Hyne, Gabbert & Manner, PC. Kenny also worked previously as a reporter in Washington, DC, covering church-state and religious liberty matters at the White House, Supreme Court and Congress. In the summer of 2002, he was the Kropp/Shields Fellow at People for the American Way.
Kenneth completed his J.D. at Boston College Law School, where he served as President of the Law Student Association and was a member of the New England Regional Champion Moot Court Team.
