An associate in our San Francisco office, Nicole joins Lieff Cabraser after having represented consumers and employees in class action litigation involving unfair competition, wage and hour, false advertising, and antitrust claims for over five years while working as an associate at Green Welling, P.C. During this period, Nicole also served as a volunteer attorney for San Francisco's Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights.
A 2006 graduate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Nicole served as Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings Law Journal. She was also recognized as the Best Oral Advocate in Moot Court and received Honorable Mention for her Moot Court brief. While at Hastings, Nicole was a member of the Hastings Public Interest Law Foundation, and the Hastings Civil Justice Clinic.
Nicole co-authored Consumer Protection and Employment Cases after Concepcion in the American Bar Associations' Class Action & Derivative Suits Committee Summer 2011 newsletter.
