LG Refrigerators Consumer Complaints Investigation
Lieff Cabraser is investigating consumer complaints concerning various LG refrigerator models. Consumers have alleged that certain LG refrigerator models have a faulty design that causes the interior light to remain on when the refrigerator door is closed, resulting in overheating and food spoilage. Consumers have also claimed the overheated lighting unit can get so hot as to melt other plastic components in the refrigerators and even catch fire.
