In re Toys 'R' Us Antitrust Litigation

Lieff Cabraser served as Co-Lead Counsel representing a class of direct purchasers (consumers) who alleged that Toys ‘R’ Us conspired with the major toy manufacturers to boycott certain discount retailers in order to restrict competition and inflate toy prices.

In February 2000, the Court approved a settlement of cash and product of over $56 million.
