Toshiba
Satellite Pro 6100 Class Action
|
| |
| Lieff Cabraser served as Co-Lead Counsel
for a class of all end-user persons or entities who purchased
or otherwise acquired in the United States, for their own
use and not for resale, a new Toshiba Satellite Pro 6100
Series notebook. Consumers alleged a series of defects
were present in the notebook. In 2006, the Court approved
a settlement that extended the warranty for all Satellite
Pro 6100 notebooks, provided cash compensation for certain
repairs, and reimbursed class members for certain out-of-warranty
repair expenses. |
