Jahan C. Sagafi Recognized as a California Emerging Legal Leader

The Daily Journal selected Lieff Cabraser partner, Jahan C. Sagafi, a "Top 20 Under 40." This list is compiled each year to highlight California’s top lawyers under the age of 40. The Daily Journal recognized Sagafi for his exceptional success in employment discrimination, overtime pay, and consumer protection class action lawsuits. "I wanted to do something that would have moral value in society," Sagafi stated.
Sagafi is active in the Bay Area legal community, presently serving as vice chair of the American Civil Liberties Union of Northern California. He also chairs the Bay Area Chapter of the American Constitution Society and is a regular speaker at American Bar Association events.
