Steven Fineman to Speak at Canadian Class Action Conference

On Wednesday, September 21, 2011, Lieff Cabraser Managing Partner Steven E. Fineman will be a panelist on key U.S. and cross-border trends and developments in class action law and their impact on Canadian class action litigation at the 12th Annual National Forum on Class Action Litigation sponsored by the Canadian Institute in Toronto, Ontario.
As noted in the conference agenda, "Forward-thinking Canadian litigators need to be able to anticipate which U.S. trends and developments will migrate north of the border. Meanwhile, U.S. and Canadian class actions players alike need to understand key distinctions in class action process in both jurisdictions in order to effectively coordinate actions, maximize litigation success, and efficiently use resources."
