Elizabeth Cabraser and Richard Heimann Listed Again Among Top 100 Lawyers in California

The Daily Journal has released their 2011 list of California's top 100 attorneys; Lieff Cabraser's own Elizabeth Cabraser and Richard Heimann are featured on the list.
Elizabeth Cabraser is recognized for her work in Toyota Motor Corp.'s unintended acceleration case and in the BP oil spill disaster in the Gulf of Mexico. Her work in these cases necessitates a lot of travel, and she says, "We've learned that, in very big cases, nothing beats being there - in real time, talking things through."
Richard Heimann's role as lead plaintiffs' counsel in Wells Fargo overdraft fee case has earned him a reputation as a feared litigator. On the Wells Fargo litigation, Heimann says, "This case involves one of the more pernicious ways that banks gouge customers."
