Mark Chalos to Speak at National Conference on Pharmaceuticals and Medical Device Litigation

Lieff Cabraser attorney Mark P. Chalos will be speaking on November 17, 2011, at a conference in Philadelphia sponsored by the American Bar Association Section of Litigation on the topic of International Issues that Arise in Litigation of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Cases. The presentation will include a discussion of recent Supreme Court decisions determining the scope of personal jurisdiction over international companies. Mr. Chalos represents individuals and families who have suffered catastrophic personal injuries or death due to the negligence or misconduct of others. Mr. Chalos has also authored a book on International Tort Litigation, which will be published by Thomson Reuters in January 2012.
