Wendy Fleishman to Speak at Mass Torts Made Perfect Conference

Lieff Cabraser attorney Wendy R. Fleishman will speak on April 12, 2013 at the Mass Torts Made Perfect Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ms. Fleishman will speak on NFL concussion cases. In complaints it is alleged that the NFL and several of the scientists it employed actively tried to conceal the severity and extent of concussion-related brain injuries suffered by players. Other topics will include settlement strategies, depositions, and ethics.
