Amended Complaint Filed in CSC Overtime Pay Lawsuit

Los Angeles, CA -- Lieff Cabraser, with co-counsel, filed an amended federal class action lawsuit charging that global IT conglomerate Computer Sciences Corporation has a common practice of refusing to pay overtime compensation to its computer maintenance and service workers in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act. The amended complaint adds wage and hour claims under state laws of California, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina and Washington.
