GE and Kenmore Customer Complaints
The national law firm of Lieff Cabraser is investigating complaints by owners of General Electric Ovens and Kenmore-brand ovens manufactured by GE. Some owners have claimed that defects in the circuitry of the touch panels of their GE manufactured ovens have rendered the ovens inoperable and required homeowners to repair and replace the panels at their own expense.
Customers have characterized the problem as the “F7 Error”, the code indicating that there is a problem with the key panel and it must be replaced.
