Weekend Warrior Trailers Consumer
Protection Class Action Lawsuit
  
Introduction
Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, LLP, with counsel, represents owners of Weekend Warrior trailers manufactured between 1998 and December 31, 2006 that were equipped with frames manufactured, assembled, or supplied by Zieman Manufacturing Company ("Zieman"). The trailers at issue are commonly referred to as "toy haulers" or “toy trailers,” which are used to transport outdoor recreational equipment such as motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles. The trailers are also equipped with amenities comparable to an RV, camper, or recreational travel trailer.
Complaint That Weekend Warrior Trailers Are Defective
As set forth in the complaint, plaintiffs charge that Weekend Warrior and Zieman knew of design and performance problems with the recreational trailers manufactured by Weekend Warrior, which included frames manufactured by Zieman, and fraudulently concealed those problems from consumers.
