Lieff Cabraser is pleased to announce that the firm has promoted to partner Nicholas Diamand, Jason L. Lichtman, and Annika K. Martin in our New York office, Bruce W. Leppla in our San Francisco office, and Kenneth S. Byrd in our Nashville office.
Diamand represents consumers in consumer protection cases and investors, including domestic and foreign public pension funds, union funds, and private institutional investors, in securities and financial fraud cases. Lichtman focuses his practice on representing consumers in class action lawsuits involving defective products and false and deceptive business practices. Martin represents individuals and companies in consumer, environmental, and mass torts cases. Leppla represents public pension funds, union funds, and private institutional investors including mutual fund families and private equity and venture capital firms, as well as individual investors, in securities and financial fraud cases.
Byrd represents consumers in consumer protection cases and individual and families of loved ones who died in personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits. Byrd is also a member of Lieff Cabraser’s False Claim Act practice group, assisting whistleblower stop fraud and misuse of funds in government contracts and programs.
