As a solicitor licensed to practice law in England, Wales, as well as a U.S. attorney, Mr. Diamand is a member of the ICGN network. He will speak on the first day of the conference on the topic of "Legal Redress: Shareholder Duty or Dilemma?" The panel will consist of lawyers, advisors, and institutional investors. Clive Zietman from Stewarts Law, Bram Hendricks from ING Investment Management, Noah Wortman from Goal Group, and Lieff Cabraser’s own Nicholas Diamand will offer insights from a US and UK perspective as to whether and in what circumstances a fiduciary has a duty to participate in litigation. They will further discuss key factors to consider when faced with a potential claim.
