Lieff Cabraser partner Annika K. Martin has been selected to serve as a panelist at the second annual Innovation in eDiscovery Conference, sponsored by Sandpiper Partners, on December 9, 2015 in New York City at The Yale Club. Panel topics will include new amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP), the utilization of “smart devices,” and advanced methods of communication, data protection, social media, and privacy.
