Lieff Cabraser partner Annika K. Martin has joined Georgetown Law’s Advanced eDiscovery Institute’s Planning Committee for 2016. The AEDI Planning Committee helps bring together leading eDiscovery practitioners and academics from across the nation at the annual conference. The program exposes attendees to the latest case law, eDiscovery trends, and judicial and practitioner perspectives on the future of the legal industry in this digital age.
The Advanced eDiscovery Institute conference offers 26 sessions that assist attendees in effectively managing the electronic discovery process. The program covers topics from tech (BYOD, cloud data, social media), to process (proportionality, preservation, privilege), to professionalism (project management, negotiation, business development). This marks the thirteenth year of the AEDI program at Georgetown’s Continuing Legal Education division.
