Wendy Fleishman Featured at Mass Torts Judicial Forum

Lieff Cabraser attorney Wendy R. Fleishman will be speaking at the Mass Torts Judicial Forum presented by HB Litigation Conferences on April 15, 2016 at The Roosevelt Hotel in New York. Ms. Fleishman will be a featured speaker on the panel titled “Settling Strategies for MDLs: Getting Started, Setting Values and Overcoming Obstacles.”

The panel will cover topics on effective strategies for MDL settlements, settlements by necessity, getting the process started, selection of Bellwether pool, the framework for negotiations, establishing settlement values, and obstacles to mass tort settlements.

The Mass Torts Judicial Forum brings together judges, plaintiff attorneys, and defense lawyers to discuss and debate key topics in mass tort litigation. This year’s forum is with Honorable Marina Corodemus (ret.)
