About Lieff Cabraser Nashville

Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein is an inspiring, fast-paced, and highly-engaging place to work. With more than 70 attorneys firm-wide across the U.S., we represent businesses and individuals in some of the most complex and compelling civil cases in state and federal courts across the nation. The Nashville office, located in the Region’s Bank building at One Nashville Place in the heart of downtown’s business district, employs 14 professionals including attorneys, paralegals, marketing professionals, support staff, as well as the firm’s IT department.

Lieff Cabraser Nashville attorneys focus on antitrust, consumer protection, product defect, digital privacy, environmental, personal injury, securities and financial fraud, and whistleblower cases in Tennessee, regionally, and nationally. Our most recent cases involve serving in the national leadership for victims of the deadly meningitis outbreak that resulted in more than 70 deaths and almost 1,000 serious illnesses nationwide, which has resulted in nearly $200 million in settlements; a series of groundbreaking cases under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act against telemarketers and debt collectors nationwide for making illegal automated calls to cell phones; and a lawsuit against BP Solar for allegedly manufacturing defective solar panels with a potential fire hazard that resulted in a $67 million settlement in January 2017.

Lieff Cabraser has maintained a Nashville office since 2001. Our firm was established 45 years ago in San Francisco in 1972, and, in addition to San Francisco and Nashville, we have offices in New York. See more information about our Nashville office.
