Lieff Cabraser partner David Rudolph will be speaking at the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Education webinar on data breach cases on August 10, 2017 from 2-3:30pm ET. David’s focus will be on class certification strategies as part of a discussion of the latest topics and trends in data breach litigation from certification to the current standing in federal court. The AAJ faculty will also review the differences between consumer and financial institution litigation and address how to handle damages in a data breach case.

A partner in our San Francisco office, David Rudolph has extensive experience litigating intellectual property cases. He has both prosecuted and defended patent infringement claims in numerous venues, including federal district courts in California and Texas, as well as before the International Trade Commission.
