Lieff Cabraser partner Kelly M. Dermody has joined the Attorney Client Privilege Task Force of the American Bar Association for 2017-2018. The Privilege Task Force is part of the ABA’s Section of Litigation, the largest section of the American Bar Association. The news comes out of the ABA’s annual meeting August 10-12 in New York City, where the Section of Litigation is discussing initiatives and plans for 2017-2018.
The ABA Section of Litigation aims to provide litigators from different practice areas with the resources needed to become successful advocates. Members are provided with opportunities for business networking and career advancement, including a portfolio of professional and business development products with books, periodicals, CLEs and webinars.
