Lieff Cabraser attorney Tiseme Zegeye has been appointed Employee-side Vice Chair of the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section’s Member Services Committee.
The ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law involves more than 20,000 members who represent all perspectives of labor and employment law, including management, union, plaintiff, neutral and public. The Section’s committees deal with emerging legal issues and are a major force behind many developments in the labor and employment law arena. Each committee offers members the opportunity to meet and work with colleagues experienced in the committee’s area of concentration, and with government policy makers and regulators.
About Tiseme Zegeye
Tiseme Zegeye is an associate in Lieff Cabraser’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Lieff Cabraser, Tiseme was a Staff Attorney at the Center for Reproductive Rights in New York, where she litigated to protect women’s reproductive rights. Previously she was a Legal Fellow at the American Civil Liberties Union Women’s Rights Project in New York, where she worked to fight gender discrimination in employment, education, and housing.
