Daniel Leathers

Daniel is an associate in our New York office with a practice focused on personal injury and mass torts. Daniel has extensive experience in both pharmaceutical medical device mass tort litigation as well as complex catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. Daniel completed his J.D., cum laude, at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Case Western Reserve Journal of International Law.

After graduation from law school, Daniel clerked for the Honorable Carol Higbee, a New Jersey Superior Court Civil Division Presiding Judge (deceased), assisting Judge Higbee on numerous cases involving complex and unique issues in pharmaceutical and environmental mass torts.
