We are pleased to announce that Lieff Cabraser partner Fabrice N. Vincent has been appointed Co-Chair of the Business Torts & Unfair Competition Committee of the American Bar Association. One of the most active ABA committees, the ABA Section of Business Torts & Unfair Competition is made up of experienced trial lawyers from all over the country whose goal is to keep business litigators fully up to date in burgeoning business torts, such as failure in fiduciary duties, fraud, unfair trade practices, tortious interference, violations of trademarks and trade secrets, remedies, and evidence, as well as technological issues and developments impacting the practice.
Fabrice has also been appointed to serve as a member of the American Bar Association’s Book Committee.
