Fabrice Witzke is a partner in Lieff Cabraser’s Munich office. Fabrice advises domestic and international clients in all fields of European and German antitrust law, in particular with regard to litigation and litigation financing. Fabrice has broad experience in representing his clients before European and German courts as well as the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office.
Fabrice studied law in Cologne and Bonn as well as political sciences in Cologne and at Sciences Po in Paris, France. He worked for law firms in the UK and Germany and for the EU Commission (Directorate-General for Competition).
Fabrice is a member of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht, the Münchener Kartellrechtsforum, and the German Lawyers’ Association (Deutscher Anwaltsverein).
Fabrice speaks German, English, and French.
