Jeremy Pilaar is an associate in Lieff Cabraser’s San Francisco office.
Prior to joining our firm, Jeremy was a Research Scholar and Lecturer in Law at Yale. He was also an Affirmative Litigation Fellow with the City Attorney of San Francisco. Previously, Jeremy worked as a summer associate at Lieff Cabraser in 2017. He spent the summer of 2016 as a law intern at the National Employment Law Project in New York, and was a research officer on the Welfare State Reforms Project at the European Studies Centre at St. Antony’s College in Oxford, UK. Jeremy also worked as a senior legal assistant at Sanford Heisler, LLP in Washington, D.C. In addition, he was a research assistant for the Green Growth Project at Berkeley Roundtable on the International Economy. During the summer of 2011, Jeremy was an executive office intern for California Attorney General Kamala Harris. Jeremy also spent the previous summer as a constituent affairs intern for US Senator Barbara Boxer.
