Lieff Cabraser attorneys Nimish Desai and Nicholas Hartmann will be speakers at the 23rd Annual TAF Coalition Conference, being held from October 18-20, 2023, at the Georgetown Washington Marriott in Washington, DC. This in-person event will be a three-day “deep dive” into the latest developments of False Claims Act/Whistleblower Law practice and other programs and strategies to advance the successful prosecution of fraud-on-the-government claims.
On day two of the event (10/19), Nimish, who serves as conference Chair, will moderate a panel discussion on “Litigating Declined Cases” and Nick will participate in a panel discussion on “The False Claims Act and the Anti-Kickback Statute”.
