In re Facebook, Inc. IPO Securities and Derivative Litigation

Lieff Cabraser is counsel for proposed class representatives in the securities class litigation arising under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 (the “PSLRA”) concerning Facebook’s initial public offering in May 2012. In December 2013, the court denied defendants’ motions to dismiss plaintiffs’ consolidated class action complaint. The parties are currently engaged in discovery and briefing plaintiffs’ motion for class certification.
