The Law Rocks 2026 World Tour will touch down in the Bay, where lawyers will rock The Great American Music Hall in fundraising concert supporting local nonprofits.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – (March 5 2026) –  Law Rocks, the nonprofit organization that produces a global tour of fundraising concerts starring legal professionals, returns to San Francisco on Thursday, March 19, 2026. The event is the second stop of Law Rocks’ 2026 world tour which includes events in other major cities including Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, Washington, D.C., and New York City.

The 12th Annual Law Rocks San Francisco will feature musically talented members of the Bay Area legal community. The lineup includes four competing bands—The Latent Defects; Magnum PI; Morgan Lewis & ROCKius; and the R-23s— as well as opening special guest band The Recusals, which features 10 federal judges from the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. All bands will take the stage at The Great American Music Hall to rock out for the nonprofit of their choice. This year’s selected organizations include The Arc of the East Bay; Bay Area Urban Debate League; Child Advocates of Silicon Valley; and City of Hope.

“It’s been so exciting to watch this show grow over the years and be so well-attended that we’ve had to move to a larger venue!” says Law Rocks Associate Director of Development, Amy Rupnow. “The Great American Music Hall has leveled up the fan experience, and the bands continue to raise the bar every year.”

The event is made possible by stage sponsor Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein; top sponsors Greenberg Traurig; and Walkup Melodia Kelly & Schoenberger; tour sponsor Secretariat, and additional sponsors Bergeson; Morgan, Lewis & Bockius; and Shook, Hardy & Bacon.

Anthony McDanielStage sponsor Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein is presenting The Anthony McDaniel “Let’s Go Crazy” Memorial Stage in honor of the firm’s Facilities and Services Department Manager, Anthony McDaniel, who passed away in November of 2025. An enthusiastic Law Rocks participant over many years, McDaniel shined on stage with effortless charisma as a lead vocalist in the firm’s band, the R-23s.

Three factors will determine the winning band: total raised in donations; sponsorships and ticket sales; and Rock Panel of Judges’ score. This year’s Rock Panel of Judges includes the Honorable Laurel Beeler, United States Magistrate Judge; Jack Friel, lead singer, guitarist and main songwriter for SF-local rock & roll band Treasures; Shannon Koehler, Operations Director at Community Music Center; Lorrie Murray, Founder/Executive Director of Bay Area Music Project; and Trixie Rasputin, musician and head of media brand Trixie Rasputin Presents. The event will be hosted by Valerie Ojeda, event emcee and front woman for the wildly successful cover band Anthem Road.

At every Law Rocks show, a local nonprofit is chosen to receive the Music Matters grant as part of Law Rocks’ initiative to increase giving in support of music education, particularly for underserved youth. This year’s San Francisco recipient of the Music Matters grant is Community Music Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that has been serving San Francisco since 1921. Community Music Center makes high quality music education accessible to people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, regardless of financial means. CMC is a cornerstone San Francisco cultural institution and a vital hub for music education and performance anchored in the Mission District.

The March 19 concert will feature legal professionals from Greenberg Traurig; Bergeson; Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein; Littler Mendelson; Morgan Lewis & Bockius; Troutman Pepper Locke; United States District Court, Northern District of California; Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger; and Shook, Hardy & Bacon.
