Lieff Cabraser Nashville Office Managing Partner Mark P. Chalos has been named a finalist for the Daily Report’s 2026 Managing Partner of the Year award.

The honor recognizes legal leaders whose vision, leadership, and commitment to excellence have made a meaningful impact within their firms and the broader legal community. Award recipients and finalists will be recognized at a ceremony on May 7 in Atlanta.

In a Q&A with the Daily Report, Mark described his leadership style as rooted in positivity, openness, and empowerment, emphasizing the importance of creating a work environment where team members feel valued, respected, and essential to the firm’s mission.

Since becoming managing partner of Lieff Cabraser’s Nashville office in 2015, Mark has helped foster a collaborative and supportive office culture while leading significant litigation matters with national impact, including the nationwide opioids litigation, pharmaceutical antitrust cases, pension recovery matters, and environmental contamination litigation affecting communities across the Southeast.

Under his leadership, the Nashville office has played an important role in litigation that has secured billions of dollars for communities harmed by the opioid crisis, as well as substantial recoveries for consumers, institutions, and public entities.

Congratulations to Mark on this well-deserved recognition.
