In addition, firm partner Elizabeth Cabraser was named to the publication’s “Distinguished Counsel” list for 2026, which honors attorneys who have appeared on the Top 100 Lawyers list 15 times or more since its inception and have demonstrated sustained excellence in the practice of law over many years. This is the second year in a row that Elizabeth has received the award.

Trump representing University of California researchers challenging the termination of federal research grants, litigation that has already resulted in the reinstatement of over $1 billion in research funding. The publication’s profile of Lexi focuses on her leadership in the Teen Social Media MDL involving claims that social media platforms harm the mental health of young people, as well as her work mentoring the next generation of lawyers and leading the firm’s mass torts practice group.
