Elizabeth Cabraser also selected as a finalist for the NLJ’s inaugural ‘Elite Women of the Plaintiffs’ Bar’ award
We are pleased to announce that the National Law Journal has named Lieff Cabraser as finalists for the 2018 NLJ Elite Trial Lawyers awards in the categories of Mass Tort, Environmental Protection, and Privacy/Data Breach. This is the first time these awards have been given since 2016.
Award finalists were selected “for their excellence in plaintiffs’ client matters.“ Editors and reporters from American Legal Media and the National Law Journal reviewed more than 300 submissions across 23 categories. The lawyers and law firms named as finalists have demonstrated “exemplary performance in cutting-edge work on behalf of plaintiffs over the last 18 months.“
In addition to the firm finalist nods, Lieff Cabraser partner Elizabeth J. Cabraser was selected as a finalist for the NLJ’s inaugural “Elite Women of the Plaintiffs’ Bar” award. This new distinction will celebrate women lawyers “who have consistently excelled in high-stakes matters on behalf of plaintiffs over the course of their legal careers.“
The final award selections will be announced at the Elite Trial Lawyers event on October 5, 2018 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.
