We are pleased to announce that Lieff Cabraser partners Lin Y. Chan and Dean M. Harvey have been unanimously elected to the Advisory Board of the American Antitrust Institute’s (AAI).

The AAI functions as a think tank for the antitrust plaintiffs bar, while the Advisory Board serves as the AAI’s sounding board, consisting as it does of outstanding experts in the fields of antitrust law (public and private attorneys), academics, and economists.

Over the past few years Lin and Dean have participated in numerous AAI conference panels, and the AAI has specifically recognized both as outstanding young attorneys for their work on successful antitrust cases (Lin for Cipro Price Fixing Antitrust Litigation and Dean for High Tech Employees Class Action Lawsuit).

As the AAI notes, the Advisory Board members are an extremely vital part of the organization, one that plays “an important role in helping AAI promote competition that protects consumers, businesses, and society through its research, education, and advocacy programs.”

Congratulations to Lin and Dean!
