Lieff Cabraser partner Kelly M. Dermody will be discussing the Equal Pay Act and the #TimesUp Movement at the American Bar Association’s Employment Rights & Responsibilities Committee Midwinter Conference, on Friday, March 22, 2019 at The Four Seasons in Las Vegas.

Jointly presented by the ABA’s Complex Litigation and Statutory Rights subcommittees, Kelly’s panel will provide a review of the Equal Pay Act in light of the #TimesUp Movement, noting the important intersection of pay and other forms of discrimination (e.g. race, pregnancy, harassment, job steering) and explore the complexities of litigating these cases, particularly from a class perspective.
