Lieff Cabraser partner Sarah London speaks today at the “Bridgeport Class Action Litigation & Management Conference” at The Westin Bonaventure in Los Angeles. At this year’s event, which includes both plaintiff and defense panelists, Sarah will discuss various cases pending before the Ninth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court that will affect class action litigation.

Bridgeport’s Annual Class Action Conference explores and explains the changing landscape of class actions. The conference presentations will also cover the Fairness in Class Action Litigation Act 2017, the current state of the law on ascertainability and standing, combating presumptions of reliance, material omissions, injunctive relief-only cases, and a other ’hot topics’ including labeling disputes.

A member of the CAOC Convention Leadership Committee and a partner in Lieff Cabraser’s San Francisco office, Ms. London is a determined, skilled, and experienced advocate for the injured, employees, and consumers.
