Lieff Cabraser partner Rachel Geman will teach a May 27 webinar on “Classwide Damage Models in Misleading and False Advertising Consumer Class Actions” for continuing legal education platform Strafford Publications. The program will run from 1:00-2:30pm EST.
The webinar will feature a panel discussion exploring the different types of damage models that plaintiffs use to obtain certification in consumer class actions and how to advance or oppose each of these models. Panelists will also provide information on how to effectively use expert witnesses to prove or attack the plaintiffs’ damages models in these cases.
