Lieff Cabraser partners Kelly Dermody, Rachel Geman, and Anne Shaver will be featured as distinguished speakers at the 15th Annual ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law Conference beginning this Wednesday, November 10 and running through November 13, 2021, in Los Angeles at The Beverly Hilton. As the Section Chair, Kelly provided an introduction to the conference and will speak on a panel tomorrow entitled “Intersectional Lives, Intersectional Experiences: How Transgender Women of Color Laid the Groundwork for Modern Equality Laws.” Anne will also speak tomorrow during a program on “Disparate Impact and Validation,” while Rachel will participate in the panel discussion “Time to Rethink and Retool: Innovative Strategies for Crafting State-of-the Art Settlement Agreements,” taking place this afternoon.
