We are proud to announce that at today’s 2021 ADL NY/NJ Legal Conference, Lieff Cabraser Managing Partner Steven E. Fineman was honored with the organization’s Edward Brodsky Founders Award. The award recognizes Steve’s enduring commitment to the ADL’s mission of stopping the defamation of the Jewish people, and securing justice and fair treatment to all.
Created in memory of Edward Brodsky, a prominent member of New York’s legal community, the Founders Award honors an exceptional individual who is dedicated to creating a fair and just society and exemplifies this through professional and philanthropic endeavors.
Steve recently served as Chair of the ADL’s New York/New Jersey Regional Board, and is a member of the ADL’s Global Advisory Council.
In addition to his roles at the ADL, Mr. Fineman has been appointed to numerous leadership positions in the legal community, and is a long-time member of the board and a past President of the Public Justice Foundation. He is a current member of the board of the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy, and serves on the Advisory Board of the Stanford Law School Center on the Legal Profession, as well as the Advisory Board of the Thomson Reuters Legal Executive Institute.
